The Peptide Club ("we", "us") is an online education and membership service operated by Andrew Leekam, a sole proprietor based in Puerto Rico. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages (such as our SMS provider), solely to provide the service.

Who we share data with

Partner access (only if you choose it): if you choose "Product pricing" on the join form, we share your name and email with our verified partner so they can create your account. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We use a small set of service providers to run the club: website hosting and form processing (Netlify), email (Google), messaging (Twilio), and an AI assistant that helps draft replies to member questions (Anthropic). They process data only on our behalf.

Your choices

Retention and security

We keep member records while your membership is active and delete them on request. Data is sent over encrypted connections and access is limited to the owner.

Age

Membership is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
